Record sales at Richmond
Homes sold this December at Richmond have achieved record sales results.
Both 19 Whale Road (from Richmond’s first stage) and 11 Windross Lane (from Richmond’s second stage sold) sold for $1,200,000 – setting a new record sale price for a 3 bedroom home at Richmond.
20 Tahuhu Road (stage 2) sold for $1,180,000, a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with an internal garage, and 22 Kikorangi Lane (stage 3) sold for $1,130,000, a 3 bedroom 2.5. bathroom home.
