The development’s newest precinct, The Secret Garden, is a selection of two to four bedroom architecturally designed terrace homes connected to a lush green oasis, within a thoughtfully planned and connected community.
Homes within The Secret Garden are now under construction and will be ready to move into from mid 2020 – early 2021.
However buyers are urged to move quickly, with 142 of 146 (97 per cent) of Richmond’s previously completed terrace homes already sold, demonstrating the strong demand for the properties within the development, particularly with first home buyers who make up three quarters of owners.
Currently a buyer’s market following a slow winter period, the advantage of purchasing new from-plan is that buyers lock in today’s favourable market price with only a 10% deposit, yet the remaining payment is not made until settlement in 2020/2021.
