Construction well advanced on Richmond 6
Construction is well underway on site, with scaffolding down from many of the buildings, driveways getting poured soon and landscaping due to start next month. Capri Construction continue to do a fantastic job on site with all homes progressing on time, with settlements planned for between June and November (settlement will be building by building). We are on track to open our next show home in March so make sure you register your interest so you receive your preview opportunity to view it – it will be one of our Outlook homes – 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 158m2 homes .
Sales have been continuing on site right through summer with the last 2 bedroom terrace going under contract this week. There is still a selection of 3 bedrooms to choose from, along with 1 & 2 bedroom apartments with either a park or northern urban outlook.
